The location of the site is mostly family households, security is an issue, educational statistics are very low, and currently Logan Heights lacks a high school educational facility. High schools around the neighborhood have the highest percentages of drop-outs.
Neighborhood in the mid-city region of San Diego, it is considered the most ethnic diversity neighborhood.
The location is mostly residential, current site has an elementary school, area is very calm. Great location to enjoy good food and coffee, and it has a high rate of pedestrians. The educational attainment with a higher degree is at 46%.
